Introduction

Welcome to the Pre-Gateway LEP Review Tracking System.

This system enables you to view proposed LEP amendments that have been lodged with the agency for a Pre-Gateway review. Proponents can seek an independent review if the local council:
* has notified the proponent that the LEP changes are not supported; or
* has not considered the request to change the LEP within 90 days.

Note: This process applies to proposed amendments to a council’s LEP prior to any consideration by Planning & Environment (P & E) under the Gateway process.

Pre-Gateway Reviews remain listed under the relevant LGA that existed at the time the Proposal was submitted.
