Summary The proposal would amend either the Great Lakes LEP 1996 (of the draft Great Lakes LEP 2013 depending on timing). Proposed changes are outlined below: Site 3 & 4 Big Island - No LEP change proposed, to retain environmental zoning. Site 6 Lakes Way - Rezone from 1c Future Urban Investigation, B6 Enterprise Corridor and 7a1 Environmental Protection to 2c High Density Residential and 7a1 Environmental Protection Zone.  Site 8 Southern Parkway West - Rezone from 1c Future Urban Investigation to 2a Low Density Residential and 2b Medium Density Residential. Site 10 Southern Parkway East - Rezone from 1c Future Urban Investigaion to 2a Low Density Residential and 2b Medium Density Residential.  Site 11 Cape Hawk West - Rezone from 1c Future Urban Investigation to 2a Low Density Residential and 2b Medium Density Residential. Site 14 Bennetts Head - Amend the existing zoning 2a Low Density Residential, 2b Medium Density Residential and 7a1 Environment Protection Zone.
